My role is to navigate that chaos using a proven toolkit to ship products people actually love.

My approach is simple: I advocate for real humans over just stakeholders. I focus on clear communication, defining the right problems, and synthesizing data into actionable insights. I believe in involving cross-functional teams early, prototyping rapidly in Figma, Sketch or Framer, testing with actual users, and iterating constantly to hit business goals.
